Dear Conference Attendees, Welcome to SiM Forums! This platform has been created to provide a space for conference registrants to connect, socialise, and make new friends before the event begins. And therefore, please feel free to use these forums even if you are not a student. How to join the locked forum groups: To ensure the security and privacy of our conference participants' data, the conference forums are locked. Only conference registrants will be granted access to the forum groups. Here is how you can join: 1. Create an Account: If you haven't already, create an account on the forum. But please use your real name. 2. Contact Admin: Once you have created your account, please email SiM@ieeemagnetics.org with evidence of your conference registration (i.e. conference registration email issued by the conference with your registered email, name, affiliation). These shared information will be used solely for the purpose of validating your identity as the conference's attendee. 3. Confirmation: Admin will verify your conference registration and add you to the respective conference group on the forum. 4. Start Socializing: Once you've been added to the group, feel free to start socializing, connecting with fellow attendees, and make plans for the conference!
